  • First Chef de partie

    You are in charge of a part of the culinary production during the service and supervise one or more chef de partie and commis chef. You ensure the preparation and setting up of culinary production. You participate in the training and the skill-building of the kitchen team.

  • Chef de partie

    You are in charge of a part of the culinary production during the service and supervise one or more chef de partie and commis chef. You implement the techniques of culinary production.

  • Commis chef

    You participate in a part of the culinary production during the service and ensure its setting up. You ensure the cleaning of the kitchen and the maintenance of the kitchen and wash equipment. You implement the techniques of culinary production by applying the rules of hygiene and food safety.

  • Restaurant Manager
