For Christmas dinner or New Year’s Eve, we invite you to our tables to enjoy our tasting menu for the holidays! Specially designed for you, we have imagined prestigious dishes around the traditional capon of the end of the year or the tasty whole Bar golden on skin.
From 08 December 2017 To 05 January 2018, come live the festivities in the atmosphere of the Excelsior Brewery of Reims for a lunch or dinner upscale with a refined service. We have only one idea in mind: to please you.
Reservations are strongly recommended so that we can receive you in one of our rooms. And to finish the year with starry notes, our pastry chef offers the traditional chocolate Christmas log or an ice cream soufflé with Grand Marnier unique in Reims.
