Seafood stall: the scallops

They are among the must-sees on our seafood stall: the scallops. The name “scallop” originally came from the pilgrims of St Jacques de Compostelle, who hung a shell on their jackets to recognize themselves. Today, this shell is very appreciated for its fine and delicate taste.

For these weeks, at the Brasserie Excelsior, we have chosen to put it in the spotlight by offering you a specific menu and a menu with the flavors of autumn.
